I agree so much with using natural remedies for weight loss but also for all our health care.

I never advocate the use of anti-inflammatory drugs for osteoarthritis as I believe they are unnecessary for osteoarthritis and carry too higher risk with their use. However I do believe pain killers are needed sometimes but only after you have tried rest and cold packs first. Therefore it follows I believe in natural remedies for weight loss rather than appetite suppressants or even surgery.

There is so much we can do with simple lifestyle changes such as weight loss, using supplements and homeopathic remedies exercise- both cardiovascular and targeted for our worn joints and yet we so often look for a magic pill.

  1. Nice Post ! There many natural remedies for weight loss. Natural remedy being the good remedy for weight loss. Green tea is the best remedy. This not only helps in weight loss but also helps in many heart problems. Adding spices to dishes is also a good practice. Natural spices helps in burning the fat and calorie content in the body.       I am not convinced that any single herb, spices etc can aid weight loss and certainly I am skeptical about fads such as acai berries. I believe the only way to really loose weight is to reduce the number of calories you eat. However I do agree that things such as green tea which is high in anti-oxidents are indeed highly beneficial to your general health.
